With thanks to Shannon Ferketish, a dozen of our Ladies enjoyed a personalized visit to the historic Graylyn Estate and a follow on luncheon from its kitchen.

Graylyn is a Norman Revival style mansion built in 1928 by Bowman Gray Sr., chairman of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 and is now a conference center and hotel with 85 guest rooms and 15 meeting rooms.
